We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders valued at $100 or more. For all other domestic orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 will apply.

Please keep in mind that the shipping times provided for pre-orders are estimates. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, if there are any shipping delays beyond our estimated time of arrival, we will promptly notify you through social media, our Shopify platform, or email.

Due to the limited availability of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or reimbursements for non-defective or undamaged items. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before finalizing it, as we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. In such cases, please contact our dedicated customer service team within three days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange, subject to item availability.
