Membership Terms & Cart Limits

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Automatic payments will be charged to your selected payment method on the first day of each month.

• Couture designs are limited to 2 items per household or 1 per child/size, unless prior approval is granted.

• All other products are limited to 1 item per style/print per child in the household.

If you will be purchasing for more than two children within your household, you must email us at support@livandstellaclothing.com within 7 days of signing up so we can review, approve, and add notes to your account. Once approved, you may purchase items for each child, including sibling matches.

This membership is intended solely for purchasing items for children within your own household and may not be used for flipping, personal shopping networks (PSN), resale, or any similar commercial purposes.

We actively monitor purchases. Any misuse of the membership—including purchasing for children outside your household or for resale—will result in immediate revocation of the membership and permanent removal from the program.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders valued at $100 or more. For all other domestic orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 will apply.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to easily monitor the progress of your package.

Please keep in mind that the shipping times provided for pre-orders are estimates. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, if there are any shipping delays beyond our estimated time of arrival, we will promptly notify you through social media, our Shopify platform, or email.

Due to the limited availability of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or reimbursements for non-defective or undamaged items. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before finalizing it, as we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. In such cases, please contact our dedicated customer service team within three days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange, subject to item availability. To initiate the return process, please provide us with your order details and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a smooth resolution.
