Please keep in mind that the shipping times provided for pre-orders are estimates. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, if there are any shipping delays beyond our estimated time of arrival, we will promptly notify you through social media, our Shopify platform, or email.

In such cases, please contact our dedicated customer service team within three days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange, subject to item availability.
